How to follow and analyze the economic situation of a company?
How to calculate profit margins and how those calculations can be used?
Where the capital comes from and how is it bind to the operations of the business?

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

The student can passably identify the basic concepts of economics. With supporting material he is able to explain and calculate the main economic indicators. He knows passably how to calculate profit margins and he knows some ways how to get capital. Together with others he is able to analyze the economic situation of the company, to do basic accounting entries and authoritative announcements.
