Objectives

During the course, students become familiar with the current and future themes of management, for example, through the seminars they organize.

Students will be able to:
- observe and identify current and future trends in management
- be able to assess the significance of future trends in management
- be able to apply the themes discussed in their own management in the future.

Content

What are the acute issues in leadership right now?
How are these things reflected in supervisory work and leadership?
What future trends are forecasted for leadership?
How to track future leadership trends, including futures research?

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

The student knows current trends in management at a basic level and is able to name key current issues in management.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

Students will identify different leadership trends. They understand the importance of leadership development and are able to consciously search for different ways of working and are open to new ideas and trends.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Students will identify a wide range of management trends and will be able to assess and link them to their own professional context. They understand the importance of leadership development and are able to consciously search for different ways of working and are open to new ideas and trends.
