Maintenance of buildings, their outdoor areas and building technology, cleaning and waste management.
Planning and measuring of real estate management. Building maintenance manual: Formulating, contents and operating.
Constructional safety, safety systems, evaluating the safety of real estate.

The student is able to name the tasks belonging to the property management of a conventional property and knows how to plan them.
He/ she identifies the most important issues that affect the security of a property.

The student knows the tasks involved in property management in a conventional property and is able to plan them.
He/ she knows the main things that affect the safety of the property and knows how to take care of them.
