Objectives

The student learns to make the most important plans for the implementation of the construction site.
The student knows how to make an assignment plan.
The student masters the key principles of safety planning.

Content

Review of all plans for the construction site: schedule plans, area plans, element installation plans, work safety plans, fall protection plans, procurement plan, electrification plans, and especially review of the task plan and practice work.

Implementation planning is supplemented with a detailed job-specific task plan. In the course, we learn about the importance of task planning in ensuring the timely and high-quality end result of the work.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

The student has an understanding of the content and purpose of the plans discussed and assigned in the course at different stages of the construction site. The student has an understanding of how the tasks are linked to the activities of the construction site and what the purpose of the plans is. The student is able to acquire information from different production files and prepare the given plans for the tasks.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

The student has an understanding of the content and purpose of the plans discussed and assigned in the course at different stages of the construction site (why the plan is made, what it aims for). The student has an understanding of how the tasks are linked to the activities of the construction site and what the purpose of the plans is. The student knows the content and goal of the assignment plan and knows how to prepare one as part of a group. The student is able to independently acquire the necessary initial data for drawing up plans from different production data sources, as well as draw up a work phase schedule.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student has an understanding of the content and purpose of the plans discussed and assigned in the course at different stages of the construction site (why is the plan made, what is it aimed at). The student has an understanding of how the tasks are linked to the activities of the construction site and what the purpose of the plans is. The student knows the content and goal of the task plan and knows how to prepare its different parts as part of a group. The student is able to independently acquire the necessary starting information for the preparation of the different plans of the course from different production files, and to compare the financial and technical differences of different implementation options, to study alternative production methods and, based on them, to choose the right methods, equipment and resources for each task, taking into account productivity, safety and quality. The student knows how to prepare a feasible work phase schedule.
