Objectives
The student learns to know the materials of the surface treatments and claddings of the inside and outside of buildings, the basics of work technology and the quality requirements so that he can make choices about them and evaluate and supervise the work performed.
Content
The course covers wet rooms and their waterproofing, wood cladding, plastering and leveling work, paints, floor surface materials and mass coatings.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)
The student knows how to name the tasks that normally belong to surface treatments and cladding and knows how to plan and do them.
He/ she identifies the most important issues affecting quality.

The student knows the usual tasks of surface treatments and cladding and knows how to plan them.
He/ she knows the key issues affecting quality and knows how to take care of them.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student is able to master the usual tasks of surface treatments and cladding, knows how to plan them and supervise the work done.
He/ she knows the key issues affecting quality and knows how to make choices that extend the life cycle of the building in terms of surface materials.
