Assessment methods and criteria

Joint Assessment Framework
Completed courses are evaluated on the scale excellent (5), good (3-4), satisfactory (1-2), and fail (0). The marking pass (S) can exceptionally be used if it has been separately stated in the study guide or individual study plan.

The joint assessment framework forms the basis for competence assessment at TAMK. As a rule, assessment takes place by courses or study modules. The teacher in charge of the course implementation completes the assessment.

Teaching methods

We have brand new 8K (4K+4K) resolution 5 meters wide video wall at Mediapolis and in this course we are creating interactive visuals for that wall.

Interactive: Orbbec Astra Pro - https://orbbec3d.com/product-astra-pro/

The course will begin with learning TouchDesigner basics but we'll focus on working with the video wall from the beginning.

TD is free to download and use. It's just limited for resolution. You are welcome to download it to your own computers.

You can also search for TouchDesigner tutorials from Youtube etc.
