Location and time

The course is organized in Mediapolis campus. The classroom for most of the lectures is 20011 on second floor.

Exam schedules

course has no exams.

Assessment methods and criteria

Most of the grading is based on the learning diary and it's ability to portray students understanding on topic. In learning diary self reflection plays important role too.

Teaching methods

Lectures, individual tasks, group works, learning diary.

Learning materials

Materials for the lectures are provided. Books, literature and online resource lists are provided.

Student workload

On top of the lectures there is group work and independent work on learning diary.
On average 40% lectures, 40% group work, 20% work on learning diary.

Content scheduling

Course is done intensively in four weeks, two days a week.

Completion alternatives

Some parts of the lectures or task may be skipped would the student had acquired the necessary skills before. For this get in contact with the lecturers.

Assessment criteria - satisfactory (1-2) (Not in use, Look at the Assessment criteria above)

Poor attendance, course tasks partly missing, the course task barely meet the criteria. The learning diary shows that basic knowledge is achieved.

Assessment criteria - good (3-4) (Not in use, Look at the Assessment criteria above)

Good attendance, Course tasks fill the criteria. The learning diary shows good knowledge on the topic is achieved.

Assessment criteria - excellent (5) (Not in use, Look at the Assessment criteria above)

Good attendance. The course tasks fill or exceed the criteria set for the tasks. Student has portrayed pro activity. The learning diary portrays excellent understanding on the topic.
