Objectives

The students get an overview on implementing and developing the service business in different fields and types of service. They gain the skills to understand and analyse the different manifestations of service business and how to apply business models to different services. They will also get understanding about current themes in services business, such as value creation logic and business networks.

The classification and forms of service business, services in different industries, business models in different services, value creation logci in service business, networked operation method in services.
