Objectives

The students gain the skills needed to develop the intellectual capital of an organisation and how to use it in the continuous regeneration and change.

Content

Knowledge management is a management concept which emphasises the significance of organisation’s intellectual assets – both explicit (recorded) and tacit (personal know-how) – to the regeneration and competitiveness of organisations. The course focuses on the approaches to knowledge management, application examples and managing change.
