Objective of course
The student:
-knows the phenomena and reaction principles of the most important measurement techniques, structure, use and maintenance of various measuring devices, printing, common sources of error and applications used in clinical laboratory analytics

Course contents
-absorption photometry
-flame photometry
-fluorometry
-turbidimetry and nephelometry
-reflectance photometry
-potentiometry by ISE electrodes
-basics of electrophoresis


Teaching methods
Lectures, independent study, supervised clinical training in teaching laboratory

Assessment methods
Active participation in teaching, passed assignments and supervised clinical training in teaching laboratory, graded examinations
