Practical Training 2Laajuus (10 cr)

Objectives

The student becomes acquainted with practical tasks in construction engineering and will be able to apply the learned skills and knowledge. Another aim is to combine theory with practice and give the students a realistic view on the demands and practices of the field. This course is meant to be studied during the summer after the 1st year of studies.

Content

Familiarisation with the different tasks of the construction management. Construction methods, occupational safety and different practices.

The minimum scope of practical training is 5 cr. The actual scope of the practical training is recorded in Winha. During the first two years of studies, students may complete the maximum of 15 credits worth of practical training.
