Objectives

Student is able to
-work in diverse multidisciplinary projects as experts of their own field to promote client wellbeing
-plan, realise and assess services which are produced in multiprofessional projects
-choose and realise evidence-based working practices in different operating environments
-evaluate their own work and improve their professional expertise
-develop services in a client-oriented manner
-support nursing students / staff and patients/clients in using point of care tests and other laboratory services
-utilise their biomedical laboratory science competence in multiprofessional cooperation

The student has passed basic professional studies.

A part of the course is implemented together with other health care students, hospital wards and units, and enterprises. The course is partly implemented as supervised training
