Objectives
The student
- deepens her/his professional competence in nursing of acutely ill children and children who need surgical care and their families;
- is able to recognise the needs and health challenges of children and families and is able to guide and support the child and her/his family.

Prerequisites
First year and middle phase studies completed, at least 135 credits, including the basic level studies in the field of the optional professional studies
