Objectives

The student
-is able to plan, implement and evaluate health promotion and nursing of long-term patients in different stages of the most common chronic illnesses by using evidence-based knowledge;
-shows improved expertise in nursing of elderly people and their families;
-is able to guide patients and their families individually.

Content

-crisis, depression
-nursing of patients with cardiovascular disorders
-nursing of patients with musculoskeletal disorders
-basic nursing issues in public health clinics
-dementia patients

Prerequisites

First year and middle phase studies completed, at least 135 credits, including the basic level studies in the field of the optional professional studies
