Objectives

Students know how to serve different customers in sales situations and especially in sales problems.

Students understand the role of marketing and can use segmentation. Students know what is profitable marketing and can use marketing in management decisions.

Student master the quality program by the automotive industry employers union and can perform accordingly in various jobs in the automotive industry.

Content

Basics of customer service, practical training in service situations. Basics of sales and marketing, product liability, and quality systems.
