The students become familiar with the operations of real estate market and are able to evaluate a real estate investment by means of benchmarking and various analyses.

Operation of real estate market in theory and in practice. Evaluation of new investments profit with investment analysis, profitability analysis and discounted cash flow analysis. Benchmarking.
