Objectives

Students will be diversely familiarised with different fields of e-business. During the course students will also make an e-business service plan in practice.

After completing the course students will be able to
- plan and develop e-business solutions for small and medium sized enterprises
- take into consideration the key economical, functional and legal issues related to e-business
- exploit social media tools in expert teamwork

Content

What are the business models and processes of e-business?
How does the earning logic work in e-business?
What does customership mean in the context of e-business?
How are legal aspects and data security considered?
What technologies are exploited?

Prerequisites

Youth studies: 2. year studies or similar skills and knowledge
Adult studies: 3H-503 and basics of the use of internet
