Objectives
In this module, students learn how to keep the Practice Enterprise functioning. Having completed work on the module, students will - understand the importance to business operations of sales and marketing functions. - be familiar with the routine procedures necessary to the running of a business, including, for example, financial management and meeting contractual obligations.
Content
Work with the Practice Enterprise continues throughout this module. Students become familiar with the business functions of sales, marketing communication, purchasing, and logistics. In their Practice Enterprises, students go through the processes of billing, making payments, book-keeping, and financing. They are also introduced to contract law. Work continues on improving students' IT skills.

Teaching methods: Group work. Each group will work on their own Practice Enterprise, as established in module H-P0210. The Practice Enterprise group work will be supported by lectures and other practice tasks.
