Objectives

The students recognise the level of their project skills. They know the basic concepts of project management. The students are able to plan a project, to schedule it and to create a project plan. They are able to plan the budget and resources for a project. The students are able to draw up simple project contracts and know the most essential copy rights. They are able to document a project.

Content

During the course the students create a project file, in which they collect plans, budget, memos, reports, contracts and other possible documentation of the project. Evaluation: 1) Learning diary, defining the students’ own project skills, 2) Project plan, 3) Application of a typical contract, 4) Information acquisition task of copy rights, 5) Project documentation (memo, report etc.).
