Objectives

The students are able to analyse the significance of sound as a part of the design. They know how to transfer sound design ideas into implementable sound designs. They can analyse texts from the sound design viewpoint. They know the different stages of a design process and the basics of modelling sound.

Content

Stages of sound design process. The students learn the basics of text analysis and design process stages as well as creating sound system plans and other documents. The students also use different types of sound design software and tools.
