Objectives
The students are able to listen and observe creatively in the framework of image-sound and to discuss in working groups. They know the signal paths in image-sound and are familiar with the required acoustic and electroacoustic methods.
The students can plan, budget and schedule the sound recording while filming for a short fiction or documentary. They can use the equipment in a safe and purposeful manner. The students know the production communications and the documents between the sound crew and the rest of the production. The students can act as boom operators and sound engineers. They can act as responsible members of the crew and to take into account the precedence of the actors’ work. The students can use wireless equipment and to implement headset monitoring. They are able to submit the material forward to sound and image editing in their proper formats.
