Planning and Methodology of Bachelor's ThesisLaajuus (5 cr)

Objectives

The students are able to plan and schedule a working-life based bachelor´s thesis work and set goals for it. They can define their work load in a joint project. The students recognise the special characteristics of the project and the required background information. They are able to evaluate and select the necessary information acquisition methods, theories and analysis methods, including expert interviews, theme interviews and content analysis.

Content

The students learn about the basic models and goals of TAMK bachelor´s thesis work as well as research and development methods. The students plan and implement the final thesis project (implemented individually or in a group), which also always includes a written part and the definition of its goals.
