Objective of course
-students know how to plan and implement musical ideas into finished recordings
-students know the most common hardware and software used for recording
-students know how to use the most important hardware and software of their learning environment for stereo recording
-students know the basics of sound behaviour
-students know how to record recordings in the recording studio by applying the most common mono and stereo recording techniques
-students know how to edit and apply FX to digital multitrack record files
-students know the basics of pre-mastering recordings
-students become familiar with the most common opportunities and obligations provided by copyright organisations in the record production process
-students know how to acquire information independently from diverse sources and apply it creatively

-creating an idea, developing and implementing a recording project
-the hardware and software of the recording studio
-basics of acoustics
-mono/stereo
-how to apply the most common mono and stereo recording techniques
-editing and mixing
-basics of studio production
-introduction to pre-mastering
-basics of copyright issues related to recording
-follow-up of current phenomena in the recording industry
