Objectives

Opiskelija ymmärtää matkailun vaikutuksen majoitus- ja ravitsemistoimintaan sekä tietää majoitusliikkeen vastaanoton toiminnot asiakasprosessin näkökulmasta siten, että osaa kiinnittää huomiota asiakaspalvelun kriittisiin kohtiin sekä kehittää ja ohjata asiakaspalvelua erilaisissa majoitusliikkeissä.

Objective of course
Students learn to understand how tourism affects the operation of accommodation and restaurant services. They gain information about the reception of customers from the customer oriented point of view. Students become aware of the critical points in customer services and are able to develop and direct customer services in different kinds of accommodation businesses.
