This course provides the students basic understanding on legislation and familiarizes them with understanding of rules, rights and responsibilities when operating in tourism sector.

After completing the course, the students will be able to:
Understand the connection between the main contractual terms of tourism legislation and consumer protection.

Master the basic operations in a tourism enterprise within the law.
