Objectives

The course introduces culture, heritage and rural tourism as forms of tourism and tourism business. It highlights the characteristics and potential of each form of tourism. The course familiarizes students with academic research done in the field.


After completing the course, the students will be able to:
Know the forms and characteristics of culture, heritage and rural tourism.
Learn the main forms of tourism business within culture, heritage and rural tourism.
Learn the potentials of culture, heritage and rural tourism in tourism business and consider them in tourism planning and developing.
