Objectives (course unit)

Student develops preanalytics and customer processes on chosen clinical laboratory area of expertise

Student is acting as an expert on chosen area of clinical laboratory expertise/discipline, and developing the competence of the work community multiprofessionally
Student anticipates future challenges on chosen area of clinical laboratory expertise, and applies acquired knowledge in developing laboratory work in multicultural teams

Content (course unit)

Preanalytics and customer processes and their development in chosen areas of expertise:
Assessment and development methods of prenalytic and customer processes
Quality and cost-efficiency in sample collecting activities

Chosen area of clinical expertise according to students personal curriculum:
Making the own clinical expertise visible and productization of expertise
Current scientific knowledge and evidence based practice for chosen area of clinical expertise
Analysis and implementation of knowledge for chosen area of clinical expertise
Making the own clinical expertise visible and productization of expertise
