Objectives (course unit)
Student is able to implement a photo project. Student is able to utilise the practices regarding the production of an exhibition or an event. Student is able to create an exhibition and space usage plan of the exhibition space, production budget, exhibition application, media release, documentation pictures, electronic invitation and introduction texts to the works.
Student is able to analyse their know how, used production techniques and outcomes. Student is able to collaborate in an international student team.
Students know the possibilities of sustainable production methods.
Content (course unit)
Student creates a plan for an artistic project which, in addition to the artistic and technical art work plan, contains a draft for space usage, production budget, media release and marketing plan.

Basics of the subject.
Location and time
Photography Minor starts on Tuesday 27th of August in Big Kick-Off for all DMA´s minors in Kino. Photo Project 1 course starts on Monday 16th of September at 10 in 20061.

Attendance, activity, technical and express level of the exercises.

Seminars (= middle and final critiques).
Content scheduling
Photo Project 1 course starts on Monday 16th of September at 10 in 20061. A content and timetable of the course will be presented then and we publish and update it in the Timetable Engine. General timetable of the minor is in Moodle implementation of the course.
Further information
Project 1 course is part of Photography Minor. In the minor there will be co-operation with Backlight Photo Festival. International Co-Creation Workshop in Berlin, University of Applied Sciences Europe (UE) is an optional part of the minor. Workshop in Berlin will be in the week 46.
The minor forms completeness with shared target. There are no overlapping between it´s separate courses.
Other courses in the minor are: Digital Image, Studio Practice, Visual Criticism and Contemporary Art Photography and Photo Project 2. Plus these there are two optional courses you could (should) take part: International Art Collaporation and Advanced Applied Fine Art. In this last mentioned course you learn basics on 360/VR shooting.

Under 80 % attendance in meetings, weak project.

Full or at least 80 % attendance in meetings, very active working, brilliat project in the express and techinical point of view.
