Objectives (course unit)
The students become familiar with the methods of condition evaluation and can formulate condition assessment and a long term building management plan for a multi-storey building.
Content (course unit)
Reasons for repairs and their timing, repair costs and budgeting, condition assessments, condition surveys and required research equipment, formulating a condition assessment and building management long term plan (practical work).
