Description
Näyttötutkintomestarin koulutusohjelma (25 op) on tarkoitettu aikuiskoulutuksessa toimiville ja tutkintotilaisuuksien järjestämisvastuussa oleville opetustoimen henkilöille. Myös tutkintotoimikuntien jäsenet sekä työelämän ammattitaidon arvioijat voivat osallistua koulutukseen.
Koulutus perustuu Opetushallituksen vuoden 2012 Näyttötutkintomestarin (25 op) koulutusohjelmaan. Näyttötutkintomestarin koulutusohjelman erityisenä painopisteenä on näyttötutkintotoiminnan laadun kehittäminen. Näyttötutkintomestarin koulutusohjelma toteutetaan näyttötutkintotoiminnan periaatteita noudattaen.
Koulutuksen laajuus on 25 opintopistettä. Koulutus toteutetaan monimuotokoulutuksena siten, että siihen sisältyy lähiopetusta, ohjattua etäopiskelua, itsenäistä ja pienryhmässä tapahtuvaa opiskelua sekä ohjattua, oman organisaation näyttötutkintotoimintaa kehittävää työskentelyä. Koulutuksessa hyödynnetään verkko-oppimisympäristö Moodlea sekä muita verkkotyöskentelyä tukevia sovelluksia. Näyttötutkintomestarikoulutus perustuu henkilökohtaiseen osaamisen osoittamis-/opiskelusuunnitelmaan. Kouluttajina toimivat TAMK Ammatillisen opettajakorkeakoulun asiantuntijat.
Koulutus on kohderyhmän osallistujille maksuton eli täysin Opetushallituksen rahoittamaa koulutusta.
NTM1 Näyttötutkinnon järjestämisen suunnittelu 8 op (ei jaeta pienempiin kokonaisuuksiin)
NTM2 Näyttötutkinnon järjestäminen henkilökohtaistetusti 10 op
- Tutkintotilaisuuksien järjestäminen 5 op
- Ammattitaidon arviointi ja dokumentointi 5 op
NTM3 Näyttötutkintotoiminnan laadun varmistaminen 7 op (ei jaeta pienempiin kokonaisuuksiin)
