Entrepreneurship in education and coaching 3 ECTS
Student-centered approach and active methodologies 2 ECTS
Objectives:
After the training the participants will be able to
• explain the concept of entrepreneurship in education
• apply coaching methods with their own students
• plan constructively aligned courses and assessment
• apply various activating methods and peer and self-assessment with their students
Content:
1. School visits and observations
2. From teacher to coach
3. Coaching practice
4. Contemporary learning theories
5. Constructively aligned planning workshop
6. Active methods and assessment workshops
Development work 4 ECTS
Objectives:
• can identify a pedagogical development need in their own context
• can plan, monitor and evaluate the process of their development work as a team
• apply contemporary teaching and facilitation methodologies in implementing the development work
Content:
The stages of the development work:
1. Identifying a development need in your work environment
2. Studying relevant literature to understand the phenomenon you wish to develop.
3. Making a plan
4. Presenting the plan at TAMK
5. Implementing the plan in Brazil
6. Documenting the implementation and presenting the results
