Description
The eMBA programme is continuing education for experienced specialists and middle management. The programme can be completed in approximately 1,5 to 2 years alongside with work (contact teaching, distance learning and thesis). The studies may be connected to student's work, which benefits the student work right from the beginning of the studies.
TAMK's eMBA programme helps to:

-strengthen student's competence in all fields of management
-deepen student's strategic thinking and promote one's business success
-have new perspectives through expert introductions, course materials and discussions
The university of applied sciences' eMBA programme is working life oriented and cost-effective and responds to competence needs.

The 90-credit programme consists of 7 management themes, a development assignment, and business competence from working life and continuing education.
The duration of the studies can be shortened through identification and recognition of work-based business competence. During the recognition process, it is determined if the applicant has work or continuing education based competence applicable for the eMBA programme.
