Objectives

The students plan and carry out a working life based development task which develops a company or an organisation. The students show they are capable to carry out an independent, long-span and goal-oriented development project. The development task is carried out as research and is reported according to the set requirements. The students find the topic for the development task themselves and the customer organisation names a contact person for the development task from their organisation.

Content

The final thesis is carried out as a development task. Its stages are:

- a personally crafted plan for the development task
- project plan for the development task
- planning meetings
- development task seminars
- publication of the development task
- evaluation of the development task
