Objectives

The student knows and understands
- the key factors of project management and -business.
The student is able to
- plan, implement, manage and report demanding development projects.

Content

1) Project management basic studies:
- concept and definition of project and project management
- projects in achieving company’s strategic goals
- projectisation of development tasks; organising a project.
2) Project Management software:

- identification, description and development of company business processes
4) Advanced project management; the project manager perspective:
- project management and steering group
- project portfolio management, project reporting, project organization models.
