Goals:
The students familiarise themselves with the theory and conventions of negotiations and meetings, and learn how to operate in common working life negotiations and meetings.

Contents:
- communication in the working life
- myself as a communicatior
- theory of negotiation
- meeting techniques and documentation
- tasks of a chair person and secretary

Teaching methods:
Exercises
Independent work: preparation for exercises, taking part in a meeting (e.g. city council), writing meeting documentation and memos

Evaluation:
Active participation in the exercises
Exam: written theory, negotiation and meeting
