Objective of course and course contents
The student
-is familiar with the implementation of taking diverse samples
-is capable of taking blood samples as far as possible
-recognizes the principles of good customer service and interaction
-is aware of the different phases of clinical laboratory process
-is able to piece together laboratory services as a part of the health care system
-finds out the organization and personnel structure of the practical training place

Teaching and assessment methods
Active participation in the supervised clinical training. Students set personal goals / aims for the clinical training and evaluate themselves at the end of the period. Students are given feedback by their mentors and the teacher in the assessment situation, in which mentors and possibly teacher take part. Students write a learning diary, which will be read by the teachers. The course is evaluated is passed/ failed.

The student has passed M5030-5 before clinical training
