-tietää biokemiallisten yhdisteryhmien rakennepiirteet, ominaisuudet ja tehtävät
-tietää entsymologian perusteet
- on selvillä keskeisimmästä solun aineenvaihdunnasta

Objective of course
The student:
-knows the structure of cells, their organelles and parts as well as their tasks
-knows the structures, properties and functions of biomolecule groups
-knows the basic principles of enzymology
-knows the basic metabolism of cells

Course contents
-cell structure
-biomolecule groups and the most important biomolecules
-enzymes
-key metabolism (mainly energy metabolism)
