The student
- is aware of his/her own values and principles and is able to describe them in relation to the values and ethical principles of future profession in health care
- knows the basic ethical values in social and health care
- follows the ethical guidelines and principles in nursing, acts responsibly as a member of the work community and follows practice guidelines
- respects clients/patients and meets them as experts and actors of their lives

- appreciates the client and encounters him as an expert and actor in his own life

- is able to interact professionally with clients of different ages, cultures and backgrounds and their relatives
- is able to face vulnerable client groups in nursing
- is able to work professionally and collegially in the work community
- identify the roles and responsibilities of health and social care professionals in client care
- is able to identify strengths and areas for development related to one's own professional interaction through reflections

Fail
Student
-does not recognize their own values ​​and starting points, their description in relation to the values and ethical principles of their future profession is incomplete
- the ethical basis of values ​​in the social and health sector has not been established
- does not follow the ethical guidelines and principles of nursing, does not act responsibly in the training environment and does not follow the training guidelines
- shortcomings in valuing and meeting the client and the student does not treat the client as an expert and actor in his or her own life
- does not recognize the client's resources and does not support the client's well-being
- is not able to interact professionally with clients of different ages, cultures and backgrounds or their relatives
- cannot face vulnerable client groups in nursing
- does not work professionally or collegially in the work community
