Objectives

The students know the practices, working method as well as their own roles and responsibilities for studying at TAMK. The students familiarize themselves with the library services of TAMK and learn how to use them. The students gain an understanding of the skills required by the forest machinery companies. The students know how to evaluate their own skills, and develop their general working life skills.

Content

TAMK’s practices and services, TAMK data systems, TAMK and the learning environment of forestry, learning, group processes, giving feedback, information acquisition, e-learning environment, harvesting and transport entrepreneurship in forestry and their futures, the tasks and required working life skills of a forestry official.
