Objectives
The students know the general negotiation practices, the roles of the participants and understand the significance of preparations and interaction as a part of the negotiation situation. They are able to apply their professional skills in contract negotiations. The students know the sectors of learning, principles of on-the-job guidance and are able to plan and implement practical on-the-job guidance.
Content
Negotiation situations and preparing for them, roles of the participants, contents of the forestry machine contracts, practices of a contract negotiations, learning and guidance, various teaching methods and using them in practical guidance situations.
