Objectives

The students learn the relevant spoken and written communication skills for the different situations in working life. They know the demands of the audience, situation and the industry and can communicate clearly, understandably and assertively. They are both capable and willing to develop their Finnish language and communication skills as part of their professional skills

Performance, communication situations, speeches, group work skills, evaluation, feedback, communication situations in the working life, informing, document standards, grammar.
