Objectives
The students learn the different types of meetings and negotiations and are able to operate in different roles in meetings typical to the construction industry.
Content
The course covers the different negotiation types of a building site as well as the agenda and procedures of a general meeting of a housing association. Through meeting exercises, the students learn the roles of meeting participants. Also: the progress of negotiations, negotiation strategies, meeting techniques and meeting types. Negotiations: employment, project meeting and annual discussion.
