Objectives

The aim of the production systems course is to familiarize the students with the modern production systems and principles of the manufacturing design.

Content

Different themes concerning production: Design for manufacturing (DFM), design for assembly (DFA), basics of modern product manufacturing and production (e.g. FMS).
