Objectives

The student is able to design and document the building systems of a single-family house as a member of a project team and to carry out the respective tasks in the area of responsibility. The student is able to define goal descriptions and record space definitions and room cards based on them. The student is able to plan and follow the schedule.

The principles, stakeholders, schedule planning, specifications, space determination in building services engineering planning. Creating planning documents for building services engineering.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)
The student is able to justify some of the solutions and choices made in the project. Keeping within the and participating in counseling has been at a satisfactory level. Work requires special guidance and written or oral returns are clearly incomplete. The work of others has been given a peer review.
Assessment criteria, good (3-4)
The student is able to produce and document an intact and finished structure of a residential building with its structure and style. The documents required for the assignment are carefully prepared and finalized. Reporting follows general reporting guidelines. The student is able to justify the background factors of the solutions made. The student shows that he / she has done independent and spontaneous research. The work emphasizes the pursuit of professional development and professional work and the end result. The student has mostly kept to the agreed schedule and actively participated in counseling situations. The student is able to interpret material created by others and give constructive feedback on it.
