Objectives
The student is able to
- search information on human behaviour, leadership and occupational and organisational psychology.
- work in a project recognising the basics of ERP (enterprise resource planning)
- define the role of a project manager as a responsible leader
- create a project plan and a budget
- carry out cost control and time management in order to complete the project successfully
- identify risks and react to changes
- describe different agreements and the obligations involved in construction business
Content
Basics and challenges of leadership and management. Personal leadership qualities and their development. Recruitment. Establishment and tasks of a project organisation, creating and following up a project plan, phasing a project, time management, resource management, cost control and optimization, change and risk management.
Contracts and documents in construction. Labour market and collective labour agreements, contracts of employment, job descriptions, conditions of employment, indirect labour costs, working hours, termination of an employment contract. Subcontracting, hiring labour, employing foreign labour. General conditions for building contracts (YSE). General conditions for contracting (KSE).
