Objectives
Leadership Forum is a forum on leadership, management of change, strategic management as well as management of performance and knowledge. The course is implemented as an on-line and as a blended learning implementation.
Students can
- understand the multidimensional nature of the field of leadership
- understand the theories and themes of leadership and put them in to practice
- apply and use the basic elements of strategic work
- analyse the change process from the viewpoint of leadership.
