Objectives

The students learn to understand the aims and principles of project management, learn to plan projects from the viewpoint of project aims, organisation, costs, scheduling and risk management.

Content

Preparation and launching a project, outlining and defining goals, division of work, evaluation of workload, project organisation, phases and milestones of the project, schedule planning, profitability, follow-up, management of change, risks, quality management, nature of project work, project communication, controlled ending of a project.
