- can interact with elderly clients and make observations about their functional ability
- know and recognise the principles and different stages of interaction process
- can theoretically reflect own interaction
- understand individual and communal factors related to old age
- can describe the method of implementing elderly client’s services, legislative principles, and the role of Bachelor of Social Services in the implementation process
