Ethical skills in social work
- The students tackle and bring up the challenges posed by ethical questions in customer service
Customer service
- The students can create a confidential and professional customer relationship
- The students familiarise themselves with various customer service methods in practice and gain experience in using one of the methods
-The students can evaluate how relatioships form based on theory
- The students can evaluate preventive, corrective and structural customer work
Service systems skills
- the students recognise their own service conventions and various service systems from the customer's viewpoint
- the students can acquire information of various social and welfare services as well as benefits in a customer situation by using various sources of information
- the students can observe and evaluate the significance of social functions in a multiprofessional work
- The students recognise and structure the customer's social networks and the collaboration network of the practical training placement
