- can handle even the most demanding customer contacts in the field of social services
- know the most important structures of professional language
- recognise their own strengths and weaknesses as language learners and wish to develop their language skills.

- professional and scientific texts: structure, style, vocabulary
- grammar: forming words, conjunctions, punctuation
- customer situations in social work and discussions about professional topics
